Valued at $22,000, the 2002 Louis Roederer Cristal Jeroboam is the most exclusive pour at Champagne Bar. Encased in gold, the bottle is #291 of 400 made. It is saved for only the most glorious of celebrations.
SABRAGE
The French tradition of ‘Sabrage’ – slicing open a champagne bottle with a cavalry saber – is being given a new lease of life at Champagne Bar. Bringing together expertise, drama and a luxurious sensory experience, ‘Sabrage’ is the best way to enjoy champagne, the French way.
L'APÉRO CHIC - APERITIF
Enjoy a glass of Veuve Clicquot 'Yellow Label' Brut, a selection of beers, wines and cocktails every Tuesday to Thursday, 5pm until 7pm. Indulge and order from the kitchen, from freshly shucked oysters, kingfish sashimi, and pork belly, Champagne Bar has the perfect pairings to unwind after a long days work.
